We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor on a temp to perm basis. You will be dealing with all enquiries over the phone, email and post. Liaising with other departments, problem solving and investigation. Updating customers and making sure they are happy with the service. Promoting any new products or services.
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and 9am - 5pm rotating. £14,000 per annum
